About the Job

We are looking for a B2B Account Manager to join our team. You’ll own, retain, and grow accounts for the long term.

Your mission is to build long-lasting relationships with your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a regular cadence with your account portfolio: usage monitoring, renewal conversations, issue routing
  • Manage and grow accounts, ensuring client success and long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients highly engaged
  • Respond to inbound leads

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years in account management or customer success in B2B SaaS, preferably with exposure to Europe and U.S. markets.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot) and sales tools (Sales Navigator) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and take ownership of results.
  • Strong account ownership: precise and consistent pipeline and portfolio management.
