Yitzchak Schiller, code named “Max”, served with unconditional dedication in the Israeli Special Forces, the Shin Bet, and the Mossad from ages of 18 to 29.

In 1992, he was killed in an airplane crash near Paris.

Key People

Dror’s executive credentials are impressive and diverse. Prior to joining the MAX management, he held a top position at Pika Infrastructure and Development. Leadership roles include serving as the COO of Ashtrom Group, developer of Jerusalem’s light rail transit system, which undoubtedly is one of Israel’s most complex infrastructure projects. As the COO of Yatzil Finance LTD, it was under his guidance and foresight that Israel’s credit card Industry was spearheaded. Dror during his service in the Israeli Air Force as a helicopter pilot (Lt. Colonel) led projects, most notably including one on Artificial Intelligence. He holds a BA in Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Known as a counter-terror and intelligence specialist, dozens of IDF Special Forces soldiers and ISA agents owe their professional training to Noam. With more than 25 years experience in defense and security along with his passion for service, MAX has become a game-changer in global security. Under Noam’s direction, MAX now has regional hubs in Europe, the Middle East, South Asia and Africa. Noam is a proud graduate of the General Security Service Academy (ISA) and holds a BA in Industrial and Product Design from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design.

As a former Major in the Israeli Commando Special Forces Unit, Eyal has spent the past 20+ years gaining worldwide experience in security. Since 2008, he has managed MAX Asia from the headquarters in Mumbai. He is closely affiliated with major international and domestic Asian corporations and has helped numerous companies solve complex risk management and businesses related challenges unique to the Asian market. Adept at managing projects from start to finish, Eyal is a specialist in executive protection, crisis management and customized training for each and every client. He holds a BA in Business Management from The College of Management, Rishon Le-Zion.

Shachar’s 20+ years of service in international security includes global operations for top multinationals, governments & high-profile individuals. Having served in the Israeli Special Forces, training & holding management positions with Shin Bet and as an Air Marshall with El Al. Shachar has also provided close protection for Israeli diplomatic delegations and embassy security, coordinating some of the most complex and sensitive diplomatic assignments. Under Shachar’s guidance, numerous high-profile government & corporate missions were completed successfully & safely. Shachar is a registered advocate and holds an LLB degree from the Netanya Academic College.

A former lieutenant colonel from the Israeli intelligence services, Tzahi spent 29 years in service gaining vast experience in the field of operational intelligence. His deep expertise in strategic, risk and counter-terrorism analysis and intelligence collection has helped turn MAX into one of the security industry’s most innovative intelligence operations. Tzahi was twice awarded the Prize for Creative Thinking from the head of the Military Intelligence Directorate for leading collection and analysis projects, and holds an MA in Law and a BA in Middle East Studies

Rob has 45+ years of law enforcement and corporate security experience, including serving as a police officer in Virginia and for 21 years in the U.S. Secret Service. His most memorable assignments include serving on the Protective Detail for President Ronald Reagan and being the Agent in Charge of the Detail for Tipper Gore. Following the Secret Service, he headed security for the Seagram Company and later for the New York Mets. He represents MAX throughout North America.

Robert J. Kasdon

Oshrat’s extensive experience in finance and accounting gives her a unique perspective on the complexities of multi-national financial management. Prior to joining MAX, Oshrat held key executive positions at a number of major public and private companies. She also served as manager of financial audits at Price Waterhouse Coopers, where she deftly managed audits for a diverse range of companies working by both U.S. and Israeli accounting standards. Oshrat is a registered C.P.A. and holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the Israeli College of Management.

A former Major in the Israeli special forces, Eyal has gained vast and diverse operational experience during more than 15 years of activity in the security field. He has led and planned hundreds of executive protection, crisis management, evacuation and special sensitive assignments worldwide. Eyal has helped develop MAX Operations Division’s ability to recognize and address volatile situations through high-end operations management and risk assessment capabilities.

After four years in the IDF’s Special K-9 unit Ori went through an Anti-Terrorism training and became a security team leader in the D.S.D.E to gain vast knowledge from the ground up. He joined MAX in 2018 and has been supporting the company’s top corporate clients worldwide, working together with MAX’s Operations, Intelligence, and Consulting Divisions. Ori has vast experience supporting clients’ activity during routine and emergency situations. Ori has a BA in History and Communications.

Trevor joined the MAX Consulting Division in early 2018, bringing nearly 20 years of specialization in physical security consulting and training.  He has managed security consulting, training and implementation projects on almost every continent. After heading a community security organization covering 60 sites in Cape Town, South Africa, Trevor worked with major banks across Africa, as well a range of a facilities all over the world. Trevor has trained more than 20,000 personnel in a range of physical security and counter terrorism techniques. He is an expert in emergency preparedness and incident management.

Senior Consultant

Oded has a B.A in Government, Diplomacy and Strategy with a specialization in the Middle East and an M.A in Counter-Terrorism and Homeland Security from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, Israel. He is a Captain in the Israel Defense Forces, having served in active duty between 2005 and 2010 in various training and combat roles. He was awarded ‘Outstanding Officer of the Year’ award from Brig. General Avi Ashkenazi. Oded joined the MAX Intelligence Division in November 2014  in many positions, recently as the Regional Director of the MENA Division and currently as the Deputy Chief Intelligence Officer as well.

Ollie received his Masters from King’s College London’s prestigious War Studies department where he focused primarily on the politics in the Middle East and security in the former-Soviet Union and Central Asia. After working in geopolitical public relations for one of the biggest firms in London, Ollie made the switch to work in corporate intelligence and risk analysis, focusing on the Asia-Pacific region. At MAX security he leads the Asia-Pacific region Division. Ollie’s expertise include militancy, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia.

Rachel joined the MAX Intelligence Division in August 2016. She started as an analyst specializing in East Africa and is now the Regional Director of the Sub-Saharan Africa division. Prior to MAX, Rachel worked for NGOs focusing on conflict research and the humanitarian sector. She has a BA in Government and International Affairs from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Herzilya.

Adam joined MAX in 2017 and leads the Europe & Americas Intelligence Division, having built expertise in European and Russian political and security developments, Latin American organized crime, and North American militancy and politics. After completing a BA in Politics from the University of Nottingham, Adam moved to Israel and served in a combat unit in the IDF, before gaining an MPH in Emergency and Disaster Management from Tel Aviv University.

Darren joined MAX in 2018 and leads the Middle East & North Africa Intelligence Division, having started as an analyst specializing in the Levant region. Prior to MAX, Darren worked at Peres & Associates, a consultancy founded by former Israeli President Shimon Peres. After completing a BA in Philosophy and Spanish from King’s College London, including a year abroad studying IR in Mexico, Darren moved to Israel and served in a combat unit in the IDF. He also holds an MA in Conflict Resolution & Mediation from Tel Aviv University.
