Risk Manager

We’re seeking an exceptional Executive Protection and Risk Manager to join our elite team in Tel Aviv, Israel. In this pivotal role, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our VP Operations, collaborating seamlessly with Operation Managers and our cutting-edge Global SOC. You’ll have the unique opportunity to directly engage with our portfolio of blue-chip clients, including some of the most recognizable names in the Fortune 100. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact, safeguarding the interests of global industry leaders while working at the forefront of international security, acting as a trusted advisor.

What You’ll Do:

  • Communicate with global vendors and C-level clients

  • Travel internationally to lead on-ground tasks, ensure quality control

  • Manage global resources including pricing, budgets, asset control

  • Manage and document ongoing and accumulated information

  • Build and implement SOPs, response plans, train local teams

  • Map and research, perform itinerary risk analysis

  • Vet and brief security assets

What You’ll Bring:

  • High proficiency (ideally native-level) in written and spoken English

  • Multitasking & ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage complex tasks, independently and within a team

  • Experience in research, being able to extract, verify, and analyze information

  • Israeli driver’s license and personal weapon’s license

What Else is an Advantage:

  • Bachelor’s degree in fields of international relations, political science or similar

  • Additional foreign citizenship

  • Certified medic / first responder

  • Served in the IDF as an officer in an operational/elite unit

  • Course Ahid (אחיד) graduate
