Operations Manager

Join our team as an Operations Manager in Tel Aviv, Israel! You’ll work closely with our VP of Operations and collaborate with Risk Managers, all while engaging directly with large, strategic clients. What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the Global Security Operations Center (G-SOC), including its team leaders

  • Build and implement procedures and protocols using Monday.com, Outlook, and Excel

  • Determine measurable KPIs and OKRs

  • Manage global resources, including pricing, budgets, and asset control

  • Track performance

What You’ll Bring:

  • High proficiency in written and spoken English (ideally native level)

  • Attention to detail, with excellent organizational and logistical skills and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines

  • Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage complex tasks independently and within a team

  • Experience utilizing CRMs and task management systems is preferred

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations management in a large-scale organization

  • Experience as an operations control room operator, particularly in the IDF

  • Command experience in an Operations Center

  • Bachelor’s degree
