Customer Success Operations
Join our team as a Customer Success Operations in Tel Aviv, Israel! You’ll work closely with our VP of Sales, collaborate with Customer Success and Account Managers and work with all of MAX’s team leaders, to provide the best service for Fortune-500 clients. What You’ll Do:
Vendor Registration:

Own and manage the customer/vendor registration process with client procurement and legal teams.

Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of registration materials.

Maintain a centralized repository of vendor documentation and status tracking.
Compliance & Risk Management:
-
Track Compliance on company level and ensure compliance policies are regularly maintained.
Contractual Obligations:
-
Track contractual obligations with customers.
-
Coordinate with Finance and Sales teams to ensure deliverables are met in a compliant and timely manner.
Technical Support:

Offer Customer technical support: opening and closing users, change customer settings based on sales and client requests. Open prospects for demos. .

Problem solving on support issues.
Data & Reporting:

Build and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., customer health, churn, product adoption). .

Provide actionable insights to Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and leadership. .

Track customer engagement with platforms.

Assist CS team with various tasks and presentation creation.
What You’ll Bring:
-
High proficiency of spoken and written English (ideally native-level)
-
Proven work experience in Customer Support or similar role
-
Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple projects independently

Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing customer metrics and presenting insights
Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Experienced with HubSpot or similar CRM, Monday.com

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
