Max Security realizes that what really matters to you after Max training is employment. You want to know that after completing a Max course, you will have the opportunity to work as an executive protection agent or manager. Max courses open a wide array of career opportunities for you, through four main channels:

1. The ASI Group's global security vendor program Max’s most significant strategic partner, the ASI Group (formerly Air Security), is an international security company that has been providing security and global risk management services since 1989. The ASI Group currently has a global network of security service providers in more than 100 countries. The company is always seeking new talent. The ASI Group Vendor Relations Manager will receive a list of qualified course attendees and recommendations from the Max Security instructors and will assist in identifying career opportunities. This means that at the end of the course, you will already have a potential direct link to an enormous network of opportunities.To qualify: You will need to pass the final certification test in the top half of the class and demonstrate to Max that you have the appropriate level of interpersonal skills and responsibility. 2. Collaboration and partnerships with Max in your home country Currently, Max functions in over 14 countries around the world. We are constantly expanding our global operations in order to reach as many service points as possible. If you want to be part of Max's global team, you have an opportunity to prove your personal and professional skills and apply for positions in your home country.For entrepreneurs and the security managers who are interested in managing a security company, we are currently in the process of establishing subsidiary companies in other countries worldwide. To qualify: In addition to professional security skills, you need to have business intuition and management abilities that will enable you to operate a Max Security office in your home country. At the end of the course, we will conduct personal interviews with the qualified attendees who are interested in starting local Max Security affiliates and joining Max's global network.

3. Networking opportunities During Max courses, you will meet other security professionals who share the same interests as you. From our experience, this is a great forum to meet with other people, expand your networking, locate new job leads, seek out new opportunities, form new business partnerships and launch interesting initiatives. How it worksDuring the course, our human resource managers, together with the ASI Global Vendor Relations Manager, will conduct an interview with each qualified attendee. The interview will help us assess your personal abilities and possibly match you with an available employer that will suit both your needs and the employer’s. Please note that we are not able to guarantee employment after the course. Employment and partnership initiatives depend on a number of variables, such as: your professional skills and fitness, your current location and mobility and, of course, opportunities available in specific locations.
