In emergency situation, clients can be monitored, located and evacuated by a Max-Security Immediate Response team.

The service includes:

  • Pre-arrival services, information & confirmation
  • Airport services – Meeting and greeting, VIPs service (Not available at all Indian airports)
  • Security, safety & awareness brief
  • Orientation brief – local orientation /do’s and don’ts / safety and security information specific to India
  • An Emergency contact card
  • All travelers get a Max-Security Emergency Contact Card with Max’s 24/7 emergency contact information.

 

 

EPLC- Emergency Position Locator & Communicator

(Traveler monitoring & emergency evacuation)

 

A device unique to Max, with a single button push the EPAL will send an exact location

(Via GPS) and will open an audio, cellular, communication channel to a Max-Security Immediate Response Team.

  • Max-India can monitor the client’s travelling arrangements & locations (hotel, office, business meetings, etc.).
  • In an emergency situation the client can be pinpointed and evacuated in full coordination with a Security Risk Manager.
