Yitzchak Schiller, code named “Max”, served with unconditional dedication in the Israeli Special Forces, the Shin Bet, and the Mossad from ages of 18 to 29.
In 1992, he was killed in an airplane crash near Paris.

Dror’s executive credentials are as impressive as they are diverse. Prior to becoming one of MAX’s top execs, he held a C-level position at Pika Infrastructure and Development. Dror also served as COO of Ashtrom Group, developer of Jerusalem’s light rail system, where he led and managed one of Israel’s most complex infrastructure projects. Before that, he was COO of Yatzil Finance LTD, pioneering Israel’s credit card industry. A former helicopter pilot in the Israeli Air Force (Lt. Colonel), Dror held a range of command posts including team leader on the development of an Artificial Intelligence project. Dror holds a BA in Economics from Tel Aviv University.

His 25 + years of experience in defense and security along with his passion for service are the reason MAX has become a game-changer in global security. Under his guidance, MAX now has regional hubs in Europe, the Middle East, South Asia and Africa. Noam is a graduate of the General Security Service (ISA) Academy. He holds a BA in Industrial and Product Design from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design.

A former major in the Israeli Commando Special Forces Unit, Eyal has spent the past 20 + years gaining worldwide experience in security. Since 2008, he is managing Max Asia from the headquarters in Mumbai. He is closely affiliated with major international and domestic Asian corporations and has helped numerous companies solve complex risk management and businesses related challenges unique to the Asian market. Adept at managing projects from start to finish, Eyal is a specialist in executive protection, crisis management and customized training. He holds a BA in Business Management from The College of Management, Rishon Le-Zion.

Shachar’s 20+ years of service in international security include global operations for top multinationals, governments & high-profile individuals.having served in the Israeli Special Forces, training & management positions with Shin Bet and as an Air Marshall with El Al. Shachar has also provided close protection for Israeli diplomatic delegations and embassy security, coordinating some of the most complex and sensitive diplomatic assignments. Under Shachar’s guidance, numerous high-profile government & corporate missions were completed successfully & safely. Jay has traveled throughout the Middle East and North Africa, gaining the kind of real-world experience it takes to deal with today’s security environments. An insightful speaker, he has presented his views to audiences at numerous security forums as well as in articles for key industry publications. Jay holds degrees in Behavioral Science, Middle Eastern Studies and Government.5

Ital’s reputation in security management spans four continents. He has successfully directed major projects throughout Asia, Europe, Africa and America. And his range of experience is as impressive as his global credentials. From major cities to manufacturing sites, commercial towers, communities and theme parks, Ital has provided consulting, training and crisis support for dozens of high-profile public and private concerns. His expertise also includes event planning and mitigating loss through crisis management. Ital holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Ben Gurion University.

Oshrat’s extensive experience in finance and accounting gives her a unique perspective on the complexities of multi-national financial management. Prior to joining MAX, Oshrat held key executive positions at a number of major public and private companies. She also served as manager of financial audits at Price Waterhouse Coopers, where she deftly managed audits for a diverse range of companies working by both U.S. and Israeli accounting standards. Oshrat is a registered C.P.A. and holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the Israeli College of Management.

Arik has spent the past 20+ years doing just about everything there is to do in business. And doing it successfully. Independent entrepreneur; sales, marketing and operations executive; project manager and team leader, Arik is known for innovating methods that drive profit while enhancing customer engagement. His track record for delivering on time and on budget spans a range of complex projects. Arik holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Computer Science from the College of Management Academic Studies and an MBA from the University of Manchester.
